Hat fits very nice. It’s snug enough to not fall off, but loose enough to not cut circulation. Washes super easily. Overall, very happy and would definitely purchase another.
I own tons of hats and the Nostrand Tech 3 is now my favorite summar hat. Tech 3's design is similar to the Melin Odysea Hydrolight (both are mid crown so it's less likely to push down your ears). It's also similar to New Era's mid-profile 9Seventy Stretch Snap Perform in design and material except 9Seventy has a round crown but Nostrand has a pointy crown. Weight wise, Tech 3 is 73g, 9Seventy Perform is 89g, and the Melin Hydrolight is 107g. The height of the hats are roughly 11cm for Tech 3 and Hydrolight and 12cm for 9Seventy Perform. The elastic band in the back closure is also a great design. I bought the black color so the logo is not obvious at all. Overall, a great light weight all purpose hat.

These hats are infinitely better than Melin hats which I see everywhere. They are lightweight, they fit snug but gently on the head. They are not overly deep and push down your ears. They are easy to wash.
