Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If your order has not shipped after the time stated please contact info@nostrandsports.com and include your order number in the email.
If your tracking indicates it has been delivered, but you have not yet received it please allow 24 hours before contacting us. In some cases the packages are scanned prematurely or delivered to a neighbor. If you still have not received your package after this period please contact us at info@nostrandsports.com.
Orders cannot be edited once they have been placed. If you need to change your address and the order has not been shipped yet, please contact info@nostrandsports.com for assistance.
